Wait what is the best build for Vladimir because he seems like his passive makes him a Tanky AP God. But what really is the best build for Vladimir because I would love to know the best build for him before I actually do anything and ruin my MMR in Normal Mode.... So can anyone give me a build suggestion or a link to a build? Thanks
