Bot lane gets buffed in 8.10 XD!

Bot lane gets indirectly buffed again in 8.10 by nerfing resolve. the adc changes/nerfs got reverted, i dont know why? just ignore these crying adc and sup players please, for the love of god. theyre playing the easiest role in the game and bot lane has been overpowered for like 1-2 years now. i would like to have impact as top laner in case my bot lane loses 2v2 :-D and nerf jungle finally btw :-D and bring back fevor of battle
