Bots players playing LoL?

So i've been playing LoL for over 3 years now, just this week I haven notice players in Normal and AI games play a bit to abnormal . mostly no talking or focusing .

They would just run to target or tower and die.

I mean i thought it was nothing but when I decide to play a normal PVP on twisted treeline as Leona i didn't expect to go 20 kills 0 death. Is anyone else seeing this? Normal? and what would be the purpose of this?

twisted treeline is infested with bots, its the same with dominion and and CO - OP AI that isnt an event

^ Exactly.

In any game mode that isnt player-dominated bots are an infestation that only gets more prevelent with events like this.
