7.10 Patch Client update

So as of whenever ago it was I was offered to try the "New" client, at that time, or what Rito called it, the Beta Client. It's the client we use today. I happily accepted because it was something new and I wanted to be ahead of the community that rejected this new client just to see if I could offer a helping hand when it finally became THE client. When I did I found out they didn't have the item set maker thing, whatever it is called. I figured since it was in beta it would later be added. Well, after it became THE client I was sad to see it still not implemented into the client. As someone who uses it and changes it often I am really sad that I can't update my lists anymore and have to resort to clicking items over and over just to find the item I need or clicking through the side menu just to find what I want. This costs time and effort that could ultimately hurt me in game. I read something that they would add it in 7.10 from someone who had screenshots and videos of it in the 7.10 PTR build. When patch day came today and I was so excited to finally update my lists only to find out that it's still not added. When will I finally get to update my lists Rito? No offence but your premade lists on champions are just god awful and the shop lists are just annoying to navigate through so all I ask is please add it to the new Client.
