Alright, the first thing you want to do is be CONSTANTLY aware of where all of his grave markers are. If there are 4 very close to each other, and both of you are close to them, BACK THE F**K UP. He WILL try to capture you inside his wall and if he does, he will pop the ghouls and hit you with E for free damage. What you need to do is stay back and not give Yorick kills. The more kills you give him, the faster he gets to his Tforce Powerspike and the faster he becomes a splitpush threat your team will suffer for.
Take what farm you can and wait for ganks. If you are playing a champion that is mobile, try to bait him into using his ghouls and then back off. Pick them off one by one, and then (If he doesn't have ult, for the love of god do not do this if he has ult) you are free to trade with him until he has 4 grave markers again. I cannot stress enough, unless you are super ahead of him, DO NOT FIGHT HIM IF YOU KNOW HIS ULT IS UP. If you even THINK his ult is up, and you have no way to get out of the trade quickly, don't even fucking bother
