Hello I needs to get better please give me any tips

Hello . . ive been playing league off and on for a few years now. i have 60+ champs and am level 27. I have only played a handfull of pvp games due to the sheer rudeness of others. Have you played normal?? No Ive done bots because most of the time the people i Que with rage instead of constructively criticize. I am this close to quitting yet again. Im at the point were i wont get any better unless i play against ppl. But I cant stand the childish remarks and QQing of most of the games. . Please help? Is there some super secret chat room to meet people and learn to play better? or should i just flush all the money i spent on this game

if someone starts to upset you in chat, especially early on, just go ahead and mute them. they aren't going to say anything valuable enough to make up for tilting you. Map awareness is king. everytime your between csing, walking to lane, sitting under tower etc take a look to your minimap and get a good idea where everyone is. if your down 2-3 kills in a lane unless you are a hard counter to them play alot more passive and don't follow your wave too far away from your tower. if you don't see the jungler on the map and think that if they could come and mess you up along with your lane opponent go ahead and throw down the ward. another big point to learn is champ roles in fights and what they should do and how to position yourself. ill give more tips if you want them but here are a good couple to practice for now.
