Just played with a person named "Retart" Riot seems to not really care that the name is abelist. I'm curious if this is against the rules or not? I looked names like this and found tons of toxic names. Is this not reportable? I reported it and nothings been done.

phúc off my lane1 votesThis is quite funny actually. As you can see my name now, it has a legitimate Vietnamese first name but I was still reported for having offensive summoner's name and the consequence is I can't create a custom game or practice tool unless I change my room name.
