Twisted Fate Changes Incorporating the 6.16 Bug

There is a bug on Twisted Fate right now that hilariously makes his empowered auto-attacks occasionally miss. My half-assed theory is that a Mordekaiser ulted a Shen that was riding Skarl (somehow) and the Kled bug (that was fixed pre-release) where the ghost turns invisible and never despawns is happening except the invisible Shen ghost spawns in every game for both teams. VOILA! Shen's ghost is randomly using the aptly named Spirit's Refuge near his allies and Twisted Fate auto-attacks miss.
If Twisted Fate is ever desperately in need of a nerf, you guys could just patch a variant of his current bug in intentionally and make his Pick a Card auto-attacks randomly miss. I mean, it fits in with his theme for sure. Just add it onto his Pick a Card as a passive. You said they wanted more RNG in the game...
BONUS POINTS: add in an extra RNG that decides which card has the potential to miss or which card misses more than the others. Don't inform either team which card it is. Inform both teams which card it is. Inform just Twisted Fate's team. INFORM ONLY THE ENEMY TEAM. Watch the Twisted Fate tilt off the face of the earth when he ults in with a gold card locked and misses it four times in a row and gives up free kills. Alternatively, laugh as a Twisted Fate builds a 15 minute Tear of the Goddess because he's PRETTY SURE it's blue card this game and goddammit he needs to split push.
Want to make it a bit more balanced and not JUST hilarious? Well have I got an idea for you! Put some compensatory numbers buffs into each card, maybe. Definitely refund the cooldown and mana cost of his Pick a Card every time he misses it. That way he just has to relock the card after reactivating the ability giving enemies more time to respond. COUNTERPLAY. Wait... are we supposed to put the buzz words in actual sentences or just randomly shout them? (Please advise.) Hey, letting him use his pick a card twice in a row (and who said it has to stop at twice) would make the tear build that much better. Better yet, if he misses his card multiple times in a row and is somehow still alive, he might even get the chance to change his mind about which card he wants to use. DECISION MAKING.
