Can we change Ornn's W casting?

To a skillshot thing or smth (maybe like Rumble Q). It's rly annoying that u aim this ability by cursor. In fevor of fight it happens rly often that u are breathing in totally other direction u meant. And once u use ur W, u can't change its direction (rotate ur champion).
