Remove/Update Chain CC?

Chain CC is fun to mess with but it's also bullcrap to deal with considering it makes the CC last longer... That's like putting and Those team comps shouldn't be a thing other then knock ups so that isn't useless... The only way to escape is if you're playing as or have him on your team... Chain CC creates issues and makes League of Legends players feel like you guys (Riot) made a badly developed Crowd Control unit. They think that or are the only way to escape from a team like the one above. Chain CC can make the game fun but yet again can make the game feel like utter crap. I feel like Riot should make it to where players can't be CC'd again (other then champs that rely on split second CC such as ) within a 0.5 to a 1.5 seconds to react to a Blitz pull, Morg Q, Ali Q, Ekko W, and Amumu ult. Riot, I love the game and what you guys do with the game, but the Chain CC I have wanted to be tweaked since I started playing this game.
