So since you are breaking down champs into classes sub classes could do something that would really help out normals and ranked make it manditory to have lvl 3 runes instead of no runes at all ... if they dont want to play with runes and masteries send them down to blind pick ive been up and down in b5 for these sorts of things kinda puts a damper on climbing when 3 out of your 5 teammates is running zero runes and masteries. thanks i hope Taric doesnt break the server tomorrow lol
