Spam Q. Just harass her in repeat, you can succeed even with low cs as malphite. All you needed to do is sit under tower and when she want to farm, you Q. After 6, under 50% HP you can basically go for the kill. Malphite base damage and ratio are strong enought to one shot her and you continue to do so .

Start corruption, spam/max Q. Farm as best you can. Press R. Rinse and repeat for free kills.
