Riot needs to implement a feature that gives you 10 seconds to change your summoners at fountain spawn so nobody has to go through the hell of playing jungle with no smite because they forgot it at champion select

You're right, but once you get to the loading screen you can already see people's summoner names. People would just look others up and adjust their summoners accordingly. It would just be easier if everyone picked them in champ select, besides, there is enough time and it only takes a few seconds.
