Even my Draven Draven adc has no idea how to play adc, heck he just learned he can have 2 axes. The fucking Soraka Soraka killed him and got first blood without help from her adc at all.

I don't see how it isn't fair.. lack of skill has nothing to do with the system but with the player.

The lack of skill is part of the system, why put someone who has no skill for silver, put them in silver if they can't play at a silver level.
