I am sick of getting placements people that speak LITERALLY no english and keep going 0/10 because of it.

At the moment I am at Gold promo MMR and people with Placements and 0 game acknowledge keep coming in. It is not fair for us to keep struggling with all the noobs that keep gushing in the game and once they hit 30 they rush for ranks.

Make something that balances the MMR and gives them the same "Placements" team.

I remember when I was in Silver V last season and the people in Silver V were worse than people in Bronze II cause they were getting placed in there with no idea how to play the game. Silver V/Gold V have that reputation as "elo hell" because of this I think.
