Ranked Queue Match making balance issue? *New* Patch 6.6 issue?? *Crying Silver*

Question: Was there a change to the ranked match making?

Summery: Enemy teams tend to have a better history of winning than mine on a very consistent basis. Has led to a lot of losses. I would like to know if match making is bugged, I have had a load of bad luck in getting teams, or if I have become the worst player ever after a short break of playing.

Background: Before the 6.6 patch I played ranked and did fairly well. Originally placed into Bronze I but quickly ranked up to Silver III where I was being matched with Gold players, so I was clearly on my way up the ladder with more than a 50-60% win rate, forgot the number. I did not play for a little while since I did not have time but after the 6.6 patch I came back to play again. Here is where the problem lies, I have lost about 10 games in a row and have already been demoted to Silver IV and on my back back to Silver V. I am all about learning from my mistakes and not taking a few losses too personally however after looking at my teammate's history and my opponent's match history I found a trend of my matches being heavily weighted against me time and time again. A combination of very toxic teammates and strong opponents have left the majority of my matches to be more like massacres than evenly played games. All of the lanes tend to lose no matter how well, or not so well, I preform no matter what position I play. Even my LP gains and losses are matched with the skill different such that wins grant me 20+ while losses take away about 5.

Check my match history, it is a bit ugly right now, if you go back to before the patch you can see I was clearly on a win streak before. I was annoyed at first but now I am just wondering if the match making is bugged.
