the hair over the face makes her mysterious/imperious. She's supposed to be prideful and a bit arrogant. fighting even with the handicap of vision blocking hair and even looking like she's giving you a handicap while doing it is the point.

The softer features gives her more charm and elegance over the current splash and overall makes her look gorgeous in comparison to her current villainy splash.

Rito, for the love of god, please listen to the community for once.

Don't "put it into consideration," don't "send our regards to the X or Y teams," don't "send it to PBE but never do anything,"

just listen to us for once.

This is not a gameplay balancing issue that requires degrees and experience and testing to make decisions for.

This concerns the art and model of a character that the player is supposed to enjoy and love from a cosmetic perspective.

I don't particularly care for the lighting color choice, but I could live with it, but I think it needs to be toned down so you can actually see the window's design. I feel as though the gold light rays contrast incredibly poorly with her outfit. Looking at her torso, the lighting is just all over the place. Realistic or not I'm not entirely sure, it still looks very "everywhere"

Hair's also yay and eh. You ever wear your hair like that? It's not comfortable and it doesn't sit right, especially in motion. However I do like the design and coloring of it more than the current.

Face is MUCH better than the current new splash though, by far.

Seeing stuff like this makes it even more sad that Riot don't really care... There you go, she's fixed. They won't care.

Riot, I pray, I really do pray / wish / desire / want / need that you read my comment, and all the other comments popping up, not even about Fiora's new Kit, which is what we're playing with now, because she will be a true skilled duellist now. The ONLY complaints are from the splash art(s), and the HIDEOUS ingame models... IF you need pointers, here are some put together: -The new splash did remind me of Cruella from Disney for some reason, I wasn't too surprised when I noticed so many other people felt the same. -LOOK at her "old" Royal Guard splash art... Look at her classic splash art. Look at her "old" in game models. THAT'S Fiora... Round faced, charismatic and characteristic eyebrows, "large" jaw, the look in her eyes... Her mouth expressions. This is her evil sister... Did my Fiora get murdered? For example, the "new" Headmistress looks AWFUL, the "old" one just needed to have her neck length toned down a bit. That's all...

What you could do visually was simply, give her a color fixer-upper, and trim some edges here and there. Not throw a box of botox and scizzors at her face. Jesus... The new Kit is LOVELY Riot. But don't kill my freaking main champion by giving her an unnecessary and very aesthetically unpleasing visual (un)update...

What Riot did to Fiora's hair makes sense though.

She's a fencer. She doesn't want her hair covering her eyes during a fight.

Also the filter is unnecessary.

Really the only thing that needed fixing were the hard lines on her face.

I am actually amazed. In my opinion this is 100 times better than the new splash.

A friend and and I were saying that all they needed to do was put her old head on the new splash and make the teal parts of the clothes black to fix it. This is awesome. Now if only the new models weren't bad as well.

honestly surprised they took away fiora's back dagger from her splash art. Because it was like, while your worried about the sword she's carrying, she is also about to pull out that weapon behind her back. Rip

I honestly like this one better. It kinda makes me sad that I do, cause somebody worked hard on the other one. But this one rocks.

If they go through with this, I will just use League Skin Installer to patch that in as the splash, loading screen, and portrait.

She needs a bit more curves on her lower body, it seems too twiggy. No way it would look like that with the lean muscle she would have. Edit: May just be the pose with the lighting/shading on second thought.

This is a million times better. all riot needs to do is change her hair back, and un-butcher her Royal Guard skin and i'll be happy with the rework.

why does she have a horn pointing downwards and why is there MORE light?

Looks like fiora players like anime. A LOT. XD

To be honest I actually like her new design. I like this style of hair and it really doesn't make sense to have it all in her face. I think the angular face fits her character type as well. It's not that big a deal at the end of the day though since you don't really see the faces in game so much.

Forgive me, but what's the difference? The face? Looks over-saturated, though I understand that is meant to mimic the old splash.
