What Sivir is lacking

I believe Sivir is in need of a slight tweak. Every ADC in the game (well most) have burst damage with their ultimate that allows them to finish enemies off at a distance. Sivir's ultimate adds mobility and attack speed but does not give the burst damage that most ADC have in their kit. Even some ADC that dont have an immense amount of burst damage with their ult have some pretty good poke (like kog'maw's R) that again Sivir doesnt have. Sivir does some things really well (like wave clearing with her W) but her lack of a finisher puts her behind the rest of the Champs that play bottom (even Ziggs). Her R almost seems like an ability that would not be an ultimate (if a little weaker). Please think about this in upcoming patches.

her ult is pretty good for her theme and not just that but if you actually use it for rotations and roaming it is actually quite strong

Sivir goes in and out of the meta depending on what teams need. Trying to make her just like every other adc so she can fit into this specific meta makes the character more boring and the game less healthy.

Sivir's problem right now is that her early game is too weak to deal with all of these early game powerhouse ADCs that are currently popular and strong. She sorta got memed in the fact that her mana costs are high af as a tradeoff for her shield returning mana if she blocks an ability which screws her over early game because she can't use her abilities. Her Mid/Late Game is fine as is and her ultimate is right where it should be. The only buff she really needs is early game mana cost buffs so she doesn't go oom after using Q and W once and possibly giving slight power back into her ult. Other than that she's fine
