Diana ult rework?

I feel like Diana's ult shouldnt go on a longer cooldown when you land your crescent and then ult but the enemy champion flashes or dashes away. I also dont think she should just stop where she is when they flash or dash away. its not a skill shot its a point and click ability, she should be able to follow them after they dash or flash away.

I would like to see her current ult on her E, and her current E to be her R with a bit of something extra.

im mastery 7 on diana but i still think something needs to change with her ult
