Is Kayle on the waiting list for a Champion Update?

Considering the animations for a better Kayle already exist (Aether Wing), surely the update couldn't be too far away. The base skin looks and feels clunky, outdated, and generally poor, while Aether Wing fits in perfectly with the new champions being released constantly. Since her sister just received a great update, is there any chance Kayle's on the list for an update as well?
