Leavers and AFK'ers in Ranked

I think if someone leaves/afk's in ranked then on their 2nd offense within (2 days) then when they leave/afk again that person should absorb all the LP loss for the entire team.

Then get a 7 day ban and then a 14 if they do it again. Then continue that system like they do in CS:GO to prevent abuse.
