New scimitar and zhonya build path idea

Here is my idea: combine both paths so both carry roles can build them. Please read it before commenting. Also, english isnt my first language so sorry if there is any mistake. Quicksilver Sash: deleted Seeker's armguard: long sword+Amplyfing tome+X gold Unique passive: If bonus AD is higher than bonus AP, gains 10 Ad. If bonus AP is higer than bonus AD, gains 20 AP If bonus AD is higer than bonus AP, gain 0.5 MR per stack. If bonus AP is higher than bonus AD, gains 0.5 armor per stack Killing an unit grants one stack, max 30. _Bonus AD and ap calculated and updated every X seconds. Seeker's armguard stats don't count when calculating it _ Unique active-Removes all control debuffs (120 seconds cooldown) ** Zhonya's hourglass**:Seeker's armguard+caulfield's warhammer OR fiendish codex+ X gold +10% cooldown reduction. Unique passive: If bonus AD is higher than bonus AP, gains 40 AD and 45 MR. If bonus AP is higher than bonus AD,gains 40 AP and 45 armor. Unique active - Stasis: Champion becomes invulnerable and untargeteable for 2.5 seconds, but he is unable to move attack,cast spells or using items (120 seconds cooldown) Mercurial Scimitar: Seeker's armguard+hextech revolver OR vampire scepter+ X gold If bonus AD is higher than bonus AP, gains 40 AD, 45 MR and X% lifesteal If bonus AP is higher than bonus AD,gains 40 AP and 45 armor and heal for 15% of damage dealt. Unique active-Quicksilver: Removes all debuffs and grants X% bonus MS during 1 second (90 seconds cooldown)

IMPORTANT: Numbers can obviously change. I know 1 AD isnt the same than 1 AP, and 1 armor isnt the same than 1 MR. Also, vampire and hextech dont give the same stats and have the same cost. Another way to build Zhonya and mercurial:there would be 2 version of zhonya and 2 version of mercurial, one for ADs and one for APs, but both coming from seeker's. Context: giving back old qqs effect against zed, but only on mercurial. AP champs can evolve qqs(now seekers), and adc burst can build zhonyas. If seekers armguard is too op it could lose active.
