Hextech crafting

My account has all of the champions in league of legends at the moment with 27k ip. I just used a hextech chest and got a champion loot from it which i already own obviously and when i disenchant it i only get the blue essence for champs which i will be unable to use. Is there anyway in which riot could make hextech chests for people with all champions to either not drop champion rewards from them or instead make the disenchant on champion loot skin essences so that i may be able to use them and not feel left out. I hope you take this into consideration.
