4v5 in Ranked

I am getting severely frustrated with the amount of AFKs and DC's in Bronze. It wouldn't be so bad but the problem is that when I'm trying to climb back to B3 like I was last season, I get hit with a 4v5 (or even 3v5 sometimes) and it's pretty much a auto loss. I can't understand for the life of me why these matches would count regardless if it's my team or the enemy team that is having the AFK. Yes, it is possible to win it but the chances to win are substantially lower and it's just not an ideal situation. Although, it is a nice and easy win when the opposing team has an AFK or a DC, I still feel like it shouldn't count. I always try and report it, but it doesn't do any good at the time of the match. So many people treat bronze like it's nothing, which I feel is some of the reason that people have trouble climbing out of it.

Well buddy, I got bad news for you. It doesn't get any better in Silver.

I understand that lol, I think it's just insane that they can allow a match to count towards your MMR and IP that isn't even a full match!

Here's a little secret. If it doesn't involve things that Faker has to deal with, or involves them selling an ingame item, then Riot doesn't care about it. If Faker made a post asking for fixes to 4v5s in ranked, Riot would give us a patch the next day. Riot doesn't care about you and I.

That is a good but depressing point haha. But as it seems, other MOBA's have this problem as well. My cousin plays HotS competitively and he had the same complaint. Is it that hard of a concept to grasp or to design something to recognize not enough players in a match.

Because Riot doesnt prioritize it. Instead they want the team with no afk to end faster (a team that hasnt won by 20 min, and dragged it out to 45min when it was a free easy win). Hence, minion changes, towers chabges.

And still 4v5 matches drag XD. Rito pls. If my team or foe cant win fast, in a 4v5, we clearly didnt deserve 25LP.
