@Riot: Is Zz'rot fixed? Not in patch notes.

Hey Riot,

I know you put up an in-client message the other day that Zz'rot Portal will be disabled until patch 6.4. I have been abusing using Zz'rot to much success lately (especially on Singed), and have been unwilling to play ranked games without it. I was looking forward to reading the notes saying that you solved the bug, but am now worried that it will not be enabled. Was this overlooked in the patch notes, and is truly resolved? Or will it be longer until I can resume my poison leaving, troll laughing, split-pushing ways?
