Anyone not getting key fragmets?
So, I was playing a few games, and I seemed to notice that even after I got a good score, I didnt get a key fragment. Its been happening for a long time now. Any help?

Your score doesn't matter for key fragments.
You can only get them in games you win, and the probability of each new fragment is lower with each fragment you get (this probability resets each month). Winning in a premade increases your chances, with bigger premades being better.
Not sure where it was posted, but a Rioter explained that the drop rate for key fragments decreases as earn more eventually resetting at the end of a month.
