Seriously wth rito, my girlfriend and I spent our hard earned IP to gift each other the champions we wanted only to find out we cant play them due to them being "temporarily disabled" when a shit ton of others can, not sure if this is a bug or a joke but I would like an explanation.

I gifted myself the champs and will probably never play them...
The champs aren't fully disabled right now (or else there would be a notification). If you still can't play them after restarting the client or using the patch tool, send a support ticket asking for help.
They're basically perma-banned in Draft so you aren't missing out on much.
