Allow surrender at 5 minutes in ARAM when someone has disconnected

I'm tired of someone AFK/DCing and sitting at the start the whole game. Mean while we 4v5 an obviously losing match held hostage because surrender timers are so long. If we are in a 4v5 we should be able to surrender AT ANY POINT. I waited 10 minutes for someone to load, just for them to AFK and DC by 5 minutes, and then we had to play it out til around 12 minutes. That's about 25 minutes of my time completely wasted. We can do something about this. Fix surrender timers in ARAM when its 4v5.

I dont see why it isnt just remake @ 3 minutes like rift and treeline

I feel you. However, I have won a lot of games that were 4v5 or worse. It is doable at times. Depends on player skills and teamcomps of course.

I wouldn't mind if they did re-makes or made it so you could surrender at 4 or 5 minutes. That is usually enough time to determine if the player is coming back or not.

I also wouldn't mind a system like Overwatch has where you can DC yourself after 3 minutes or so without taking a timeout penalty if other players have left.
