Aatrox Needs Some Love

Does anyone else feel that Aatrox is really Out-Of-Tier? He's rarely viable, and only in serious counter pick situations. His survivability is amazing, against any sustain dmg, but he drops real easy to any nuke, and his ulti is pretty lack luster. I'd personally love a new skin for him too ....
