How to Nasus: Top Lane

Hello League of Legends community. I am a new player to LoL, currently at level 10 (Please dont hate on me :) ), and recently I found myself playing Nasus because I enjoyed playing Top lane a lot, and his stacking ability with Siphoning Strike is pretty cool. My main concern has to do with stacking. Since I am only level 10, I do not have access to effective rune and mastery setups. How would I be able to stack fast in lane and what items should I be going for ingame? I mainly try to rush Glacial Shroud, Kindlegem and Sheen to get the CDR going. I know I can find these things on the guides in Mobafire, but I also wanted to ask the LoL forums as well in order to get a varied response. Thank you in advance. :)

item 3057 will allow you to last hi much easier until you have the proper runes and masteries.

I'm afraid there's no real trick except learning to last hit without eating enemy harass. Q scales with AD, so building juggernaut can be useful-- Titanic Hydra, Sterak's Gage (which boosts spellblade proc), Black Cleaver, etc. Sheen is always a nice early pick up, but I'm pretty bad about not finishing my final sheen item till I know whether I want TF or IBG.

Nasus is actually a scary jungler. You're a bit low-level to worry about it, but a proper Nasus jungle setup can solo Rift Herald at 15:00 minutes.
