A message to Riot Games

I just finished a rank where my team and I were pretty much dominating their team. We got the dragons, we won team fights, etc. But because of that stupid dog you guys call Nasus is an OP champion, we lost the game. Not because he was good, not because he was beating us. I was the jungler and I was ganking him and he was dying and what not. Essentially, we were making sure he couldn't do much, in which we succeeded. But it doesn't matter. Why? Because he's a farming dog that doesn't take any skill to play and destroys mid to late game no matter what. Any decent League of Legends player can win the game for their losing team in a seemingly lost game with Nasus. He's not strong, he's not balanced, he's OP. He doesn't need a Q that stacks infinitely, he doesn't need a mega slow every 4 seconds, and he sure as hell doesn't need to be that damn tanky. Nerf him already, and this time nerf him properly.

He's been a problem for so long and I know you guys had plans to nerf him properly, but you guys don't do anything about him because the big bad Riot Games is scared of a little hate from their community if you make him a proper Champion. Nerf him, seriously, this is getting out of hand. This is going to keep happening with every 'fan favorite' champion. Stop. Don't wait for enough people to complain to nerf a champion. You don't have to wait for us to make decisions for you. Sure it's cool that you listen to the community, but you need to take action yourselves. Give us more bans in ranks if anything, and start thinking about your champions before releasing them. Don't release them just by the deadline if they still need fixing, cause guess what, we can complain but we can't do anything about it. Is Bard's heal good compared to others? Could we possibly make Bard's ult better since it's pretty useless, maybe make it heal allies and turrets caught in it? Could we possibly put a cap on Nasus' Q or nerf his slow? Could we possibly nerf Poppy because she is in fact still a problem and just because nobody plays her doesn't mean we shouldn't touch her? Was it a good idea to make Ekko's ult cost no mana or make his ult un-interruptable? Or maybe put a cooldown on Kalista's passive which scales with her attack speed? Maybe we should buff structures because they're pretty damn useless most of the times after mid game? Or maybe if we decided to give dragon and baron extra buffs when killed we should probably make them harder to kill later on in the game? How pathetic of a company do you have to be to not nerf something about your game because it's a fan favorite, because not enough people complain about it or because nobody plays that champion anymore? Honestly, how the hell are you going to manage when you release another game?

Do you really think if you did more hardcore decisions and changes to League of Legends your player base is going to leave? Of course not, 99% of your player base are LoL fanboys that would never leave this game no matter what.

Stop and think about your game, so many LITTLE changes can be made to help a champion become more balanced. Seriously if you don't start taking your game seriously it'll bite you in the ass later on. As it is I guarantee you League of Legends won't survive. It's not difficult, don't think you're doing enough by releasing skins and champions, of course it's appreciated but that is what's expected of you. You don't get a cookie for doing what you're supposed to do. I'm sure you guys have an idea of how YOU want League of Legends to look like. How about you learn to take a little hate, and in exchange your game becomes overall better?

You know what does really well against Nasus? CC, Thornmail, and STAYING OUT OF MELEE RANGE.

^ He has plenty of counter play. Especially since it was ranked, you should've had your top pick someone like Teemo against Nasus.

Riot's still improving, and I'm assuming Nasus was created when they were still testing things out. He's clearly designed to be a raid boss, punishment for not ending the game sooner, so if you really were dominating, Nasus should have been the least of your worries.

I mean, what changes could you make to Nasus to make him balanced? His early game is weak as heck, and he tends to continuously split push until he has a good amount of stacks. You can't leave him unattended.

So instead of bashing Riot, let's hear your thoughts on him: Does he need a new passive that helps his sustain without scaling too well? Does his q need to scale more at early levels, then reach either a cap, or have lessening benefits late? How about that annoying e, it's point and click with a huge duration. Maybe change it to a lower c and duration snare? (Or a slow zone would be equally effective)

Overall, LOL is far from being perfectly balanced, and every champion requires a different playstyle. While it's easy to come up with proposed changes, updates are delicate and require a ton of testing before it goes live. I guess the best thing to do is to adapt as you go.
