Rotating Q

So i believe the post about the rotating Q to be a bit wordy and unclear. This might be true because the term "new que" hasn't even been used since dominion came to be. So is Riot telling us that alternative game modes will be permanently accessible and will change every week or so? So we get URF this week, Doom bots next week, Poro king the week after, etc.? I don't believe a time rate was included in between mode swaps. But to my understanding, this much is known: URF will be back twice, and this new mode will actually be multiple modes, and always available.

I feel like Riot has huge success when they release game modes, and am usually upset when they only last 2 weeks. So I'm excited about the upcoming variety and if they're making it permanent, I'm all for it. Thoughts anyone? Am I terribly confused or whaaaa

"New queue" was actually last used for ARAM. From what they said, the new permanent rotating queue will offer one Featured Mode (or Dominion) at a time, possibly aimed around weekends.
