I was thinking the other day, while making item sets for my tanks/supports, that it would be awesome if there were my items that gave off auras to boost the team. Yes, the ones that are here already are pretty cool, but we need some more to keep the game interesting.

Because it was deemed OP and was being brought by supports to make ADCs insanely powerful. Imagine an AD ez with spell vamp or any other spell reliant adc.
Kitten of Evil1 votesThey had more... there was a 475 cost mana regen aura (Mana Manipulator), a small health regen aura item (Emblem of Valor), and I believe Aegis has been changed what feels like a dozen times at least...Innervating Locket (health and mana regen), Soul Shroud (CDR and mana regen), WOTA used to have a spell vamp aura, and Runic Bulwark.
Riot's been on a trend of removing auras, not adding them. Probably because it's hard to balance them. They either end up being incredibly under-costed (old Aegis of the Legion was incredibly gold-efficient, even if you were by yourself) or very over-costed (current Zeke's Herald is over-costed currently, especially on supports who usually use zero of the stats and are already CDR-capped).
