Kaioko1 votesHe only demolishes people in team fights if you stand by his ghost and let's him activate his ultimate. His damage otherwise is not all crazy, not to mention that he can't use his ultimate if he's hard CCed.
FioraWillCarry1 votesEkko is far from being my main but I do play him a lot. He is one of my favorite champs. That being said, Ekko is far from broken. Hell I'd argue he needs some kind of buff. I don't think he does but if were were talking about buff/nerf, I'd lean towards buffing him rather than nerfing him. Getting big damage off with him requires some intense mechanical skill. Not too much like high skill champs like Azir or Cassiopeia but quite a bit. Even after reaching level 5 with this guy I still can't land his damage reliably. Unlike other assassins, he is easy to fuck up with.
If someone wrecked you and your team constantly with Ekko recently, I'd wager he spent a lot of time playing him. Ekko is not one of those champs you could pick up and start carrying inside of ten games with him as it is with champs like Annie, Garen or Tryndamere.
