Why is there no AD item that reduce the healing effect?

I remember there used to be one but then got removed.

How do Ads fighting against healers now? Watch and stare?

it was mostly a adc bought item reguardless so ad fighters wouldn't make much use of the item

summoner 14 Darius Talon item 3153 item 3072 item 3074

In short, bleeds + sustain > heal (these champs require mana, sustain from items doesn't - and you tend to dish out harsh combos on AD champs with those mechanics)

Oh and if you wanna have fun, AD Katarina is always a little funny.

It was a trap item. Going for a higher damage item instead of Executioner's Calling (the old AD grievous wounds passive item) would usually net you better results against anything short of Volibear passive or Mundo ult. And for those there's ignite and morellonomicon on your AP.

High sustain carries like lifesteal Fiora, Warwick or others are dependent on attack speed and auto's so CC and slows will actually also prevent more sustain on them than an executioner's calling.

There's no need for a buff to AD since it is already the best stat in the game. That's right, better than AP, health, armor, anything. Late game ADCs crit for over 1000 damage, they need no new item to ruin healing.
