Can you please fix Riven being able to avoid CC even when you hit her directly? It's a little unreasonable that she has a Fiora W on a significantly shorter cooldown and with no animation time. Is this not gamebreaking? Or is this intended for Riven?

I don't care enough about this bug to find out if this is a total fix or what, but this is from the patch notes for 7.2
