Tahm and Buffs

Why isn't Tahm able to Devour buffs? Syndra is able to grab them, Blitz pull, etc.... It would open up more roles for him as well, like jungle. If enemy is invading and you're afraid of them stealing it you can get to it, if you can, and Devour it. Just give it the same scenario as Devouring an enemy champ. 3 autos, super slow, can't use flash, tp or ghost and drops them instead of able to spit them out. Would give for some "diversity" as Riot wants the game to become. Doesn't even have to do a lot of damage. Maybe a max #.
