So I'm using Annie to get out of bronze I recently decided that I'll play my cheapest champ to get out of bronze and I went on a 18 game win streak with her getting or of b5 & b4 into B3 86 Lp do you think I'm cheap for doing this? Or did I do a smart move if I'm trying to get out of bronze ?

Literally every high tier player says that the best way to improve if you're Bronze or Silver is to pick one champion and just keep playing them.

You get much better at the game much more quickly because you actually have the chance to learn about the fundamentals of the game (cs'ing, roaming, objective contesting, teamfighting) when you aren't spending your brainpower tackling what the champion you picked happens to do.

Games in Bronze and Silver are won and lost primarily due to teams making general mistakes rather than champ or team matchups, and you'll reduce your number of mistakes dramatically when you're playing a champion who you don't need to think about very hard to remember what it is they do.

Let's say you climb to gold. don't assume you can suddenly play other champs at a gold level, because you played annie to get there. there's nothing wrong with being an annie otp, but you have to remember to branch out in norms and master a couple others in case she gets banned/taken. There's nothing wrong with gaining elo with one champ though.
