I just came back to LoL after (about) a few years. BOTS BOTS BOTS

I just came back to LoL. I quit playing because I could only use my tv a monitor. and the chat and UI was SO TINY and the text SO TINY. I reached out to riot multipul times. I suggested them getting a VERY simple update so u can modify your font size and stuff. well looks like they finally did it. but now... (lvl cap use to be 30, thats when I played) I lvld to 31 first game in years and I DESTROYED..... I thought something was off. played again and I destorryyyed again. no one chats, no one pings.. nothing. all "ready" same time... everyone is BOTS. (3v3) I go to rank, and get destroyed bc im not good. and ppl get mad... but how do I train if its all bots!? no one responds. what do I do!? I dont want to make a bot just so I can get a high lvl so I face real people..
