Client unstable 6.9

So I've noticed alot of players taking a long time to load up in SR and ARAM, myself included. I will get very random "crashes were there is no indication that the game is loaded all the way in or not plus my champ select acts bugged alot. I just had to wait since i failed to pick a champ in champ select because it brings up a connection to pvp client error ALL the time and I get 3-4 seconds to pick a champ and if someone has my champ picked well I'm shit out of luck. Anyway, anyone notice anything wonky since they patched?
