No Hextech Chest after getting an S

So it says i had an S and i cleary remember getting it like a week ago but if i check my match history i only see A then why does it say S , and why no chest??

If your season highest is an S and you have no chest, it implies you got the S rank 2+ weeks ago when didn't have any chests available to earn, and if your recent match history says you got an A, it's probably means you got an A and not an S as you believe.
(Also possible you have some sort of loot restriction preventing you from earning chests until you reform.)
