RIOT Also Has To Update At Least 27 Sets Of Ability Icons And At Least 7 Old BASIC Splash Arts (Skins Not Counted!)

Does RIOT Want League To Be An Unfinished Game For Eternity???? Give Us Every Month A New Update And Then We're Finished In 1 Year! I Dont Wanna Really Insult Someone, But My Opinion Is That RIOT Is Highly Lazy When It's About Reworking Champions And No One Can Tell Me That You Need 1 Year For 1 Full Relaunch!

It takes up to 9 months to create a new champion.

It takes at least 6 for an update, more if they take their time like with Sion.

I don't need Riot top hurry up. Just want them to do it well. If you want these things, you'll have to wait. Also, they also mentioned that their update team is currently broken into three teams.
