some tips for jinx in particular:

dont w in the middle of a fight. This is similar to not cait q'ing in a teamfight unless youll hit like 2 squishies plus one and cant aa for some reason. you have more dps as jinx (and cait) if you keep aa'ing. The main caveat to this is early game the jinx w and cait q does pretty good damage. Basically use jinx w at the beginning of a fight or at the end when chasing. Only use w in the middle of a fight if you know youll hit it 100% and its relatively still early in the game (for the good base damage). The time it takes to w in late game could give enemy ad 2 aa's of damage which is more in almost any situation. Some other random situations i do use it is if someone is trapped in one of my traps i immediately w for the slow (early game-because many times later two or three minigun aa's are more beneficial than a w).

start with minigun in trades (get 3 stacks on minions or the enemy or a combo) and switch to the cannon if they back off. this is pretty basic and you probably already know it. you just need to execute it seamlessly and without thinking about it. minigun is better if someone is on top of you in most situations (rengar talon etc) because of the crits and the AS of minigun.

always be aware of the minimap so you can get kills with ult after 6.

bot lane is all about wave control. understand the minions and their attack procedures and patterns (rito spaghetti code).

Teamfights as ad are different from other classes but one of the key tips for an aa reliant ad is to understand how important AA'ing is compared to using your spells. I start out a teamfight by switching to cannon and blasting anyone that is out of position and without leaving me too far out of position. I try to help the initiation process by w'ing at targets that are far from their main team body. during a teamfight I will NEVER w unless we have already won the fight or for a very specific reason (make kiting easier usually and im not in danger for a second or two). most of the time you can just kite by switching back to minigun and running sideways or backwards. I will only use traps if my plan is to place them on top of myself because an important assassin is about to flash or gap close on me soon. Notice i do this before they actually jump on me because the cast animation for e is too long. The video kinda says these things more eloquently with examples if you watch the jinx one in particular. Jinx is ALL about her q and aa'ing in teamfights and tbh even in lane its all about her q.

learn how to make the most of the animation times, be decisive, and dont cancel aa's right before you w and ult as that wastes valuable time.

know your level and item spike times and build effectively.

Runaans and the rockets are very strong rn for example. I'd suggest going bf sword into runaans most times, but it depends on what you prefer and the enemy bot lane. bf sword and zeal is a fairly strong combo. buy boots if they have important dodge-able cc like thresh q morg q blitz q etc.

I would also ditch getting cull unless you have a bad early game and you b with less than 1300. dont buy double dorans though.
