Ardent Censer should grant MS

Buff the ap to 80, increase the price. Then Lux press W.

Attack speed is its identity. There is enough movement speed in this game. The problem is that recently every new item RIOT introduces into the game is too underpowered. They always have low stats and their passive/active effect is extremely weak.

They would buff it like that: Ability power: 40 ⇒ 60 Mana regeneration: 100% Cooldown reduction: 10% ⇒ 20% Movement speed: 8% ⇒ 10% Unique (passive): Your heals and shields on another unit grant them 25% attack speed for 6 seconds. This does not include regeneration effects or effects on yourself. ⇒ Your heals and shields grant 60% attack speed for 3 seconds.

Right now that attack speed buff is worthless unless you have a 4 attack speed-based team (which is stupid), so the only reason you have to build it is its stats. But its stats are low and you can get all of them from other items you'll build (mana regen. and CD from Mikhael, AP from Frostqueen or whatever AP item you want to build). Its passive needs to be a powerful yet situational attack speed steroid, and of course there is no reason to prevent it from affecting yourself (A Lux shielding herself won't insta-destroy an enemy team thanks to a bit of attack speed, and AS-based champions that can also shield themselves won't waste 2,000+ gold only to get a situational attack speed boost). The only champion I think that would benefit too much from this is AP Nidalee. And if she's the only problem, you can just nerf her.
