Can NOT escape ELO hell...

So. I've been playing this game for 6 years. A bit off and on, but it's one of two games I play regularly. I have been up to Silver 1 on several occasions. I know I'm not Diamond skill level. M mechanics are probably B grade but my macro is A after that many games. I've read all the discussion about how to rank up, watched HUNDREDS of hours of high ELO players, have gotten SO much better at winning lane and transitioning into late game. Still can't seem to avoid teams that are toxic as hell and feed like crazy. I've dedicated so much time to this game, I'm about ready to give up. Every time I put a win streak together, SOMETHING happens to tear it down. Sick of bouncing between silver 1 and silver 5. Now I'm losing more LP than I'm gaining. Over it.
