So ist just had a game where the enemy Vayne was afk. We had in an invade a first blood vs their team after 1:20 or something like that. How could they still do a remake? It shouldnt work after first blood, should it?

The 6.12 patch notes are wrong. (June 20, 2016) http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-612-notes#patch-remake This misleads players with the wrong information, hence the confusion among players - especially the ones that read.
After some digging, you can find another OLDER Riot post (May 2016). For some reason the older post has the updated information, but the new post does not.
