Xin xhao needs a nerf

(yes I've played xin xhao) Xin xhao is extremely powerful, he can heal off turrets, he gets a crit every third basic attack plus a heal (basiaclly Aatrox W)? and that's just his w passive, when he presses w he gets a ton of speed. his E and Q are insane poke damage and he can easily walk away from it because of his heal. and his ultimate is just perfect because it doesn't deal a lot of damage, its cool down is high and he cant knock back the person that he challenged so if he gets out damaged, he cant just ult and run. In conclusion I think that his damage should be lowered and that his W passive should be changed. EDIT: This is my opinion, you're free to post anything you think about xin xhao that you think should be nerfed, buffed or just left alone.
