To be fair, no one can tell you anything from a webpage of numbers. Stats only show one thing, but not the whole picture. A support Rakan could be 0/10/20 and people will say that he needs to die less. However, he might be getting 3 or 4 man ganked, and is choosing to sacrifice himself by CCing the enemy so that his 20/0/0 ADC lives, in which case, those deaths are more acceptable (still a little high, but they aren't him dying for no reason).
Alternatively, here's a video about a person with a great KDA who basically AFKs in his games and specifically builds so that he will protect his KDA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSzJr9dDrUc
Numbers don't show game knowledge, or macro decisions, or adapting your build, or a whole host of other things. We can only suggest some things based on the numbers provided. If possible, posting some videos of your gameplay would offer more insight, preferably record while playing so we can see where your camera is looking during the game.
First thing, as you already mentioned, is that your CS is not very good. That is the easiest thing to do to increase your chance of winning. The more CS you have, the more gold, which means more items, which is more damage. CSing is how most of the players make their money, so if you can consistently have high CS, you'll have more gold/damage than your opponents without doing anything hard.
I'd say stop rushing Void Staff. I understand that your team isn't dealing with the tanks, but that's not your concern. Since you play Zoe, your main targets are the backline, who very rarely are building MR. Meaning that Void Staff isn't boosting your damage as much as a Morello or D Cap would. Someone even did the math on when to get Void or D Cap and it's almost always D Cap unless they have like 100 MR+. Obviously save room for one if it hits late game, but don't rush it unless your targets (the enemy ADC and enemy mid mostly) are building MR.
Next thing would be to make sure you are building properly. It seems like you are building Lich Bane first in your games, while on champion.gg people normally rush Ludens. Even on probuilds.net you can see that people are rushing their mana items first, some even getting D Cap after boots. There is one game where I see Zoe rushing Void after her Ludens, but if you look at her opponent, she's against a Kassadin (a champion who's passive reduces magic damage and who gets a magic absorbing shield on his Q) who built Mercs and Abyssal Mask as his first items, which puts him close to the 100+ MR mark. Other than that, every other game the Zoe is building Ludens, Morello, D Cap or Ludens, D Cap, Morello. Lich Bane is ok on her, but it isn't as good due to her scalings. Having the flat AP benefits her so much more.
Another generic piece of advice is buy more wards and look at your mini map more. Zoe is kinda like an Assassin, she wants to get an E to land and snipe that person out, or just get long range Qs to land. If the enemy team has vision of you though, they might be able to dodge your poke. Additionally, sitting in a bush as Zoe as their poor ADC walks straight into you is an easy way to get kills and put your team ahead, but that will only happen if you clear out the enemy vision and set up your own vision. As a support, I have gotten so many kills by control warding a bush and waiting for the enemy support or ADC to walk to it to place vision. This strategy works all the way up to Gold from what I've seen, so I'm sure you'd be able to find success in Bronze as well. As a mid laner, consider getting blue trinket or red. Blue places vision from range which will keep you safe and those wards will stay there forever unless someone comes around and clears them. Red is for clearing out vision, so I would only do this if the rest of your team seems to be maintaining good vision.
And please, buy more control wards. No one in Bronze places vision or thinks about it, so if you can start using the information provided by your mini map, you'll have more knowledge than your opponents do. Placing a control ward in the pixel bushes in the river (those stand alone bushes) gives you vision of a gank path. That ward will probably stay there for most of the game. I even watched a Bronze game where the enemy team placed a control ward in my friends jungle, and he literally walked over the ward 4 or 5 times and never cleared it. If you are on blue side and you see the enemy jungler clearing his red buff and all other laners are visible on the map, then you know you could roam bot and the jungler can't make it there to counter your gank. If you catch a glimpse of a Graves walking into your jungle, you can danger ping your low health jungler so he doesn't die or even come protect your jungler and possibly get a kill.
Last thing would be ping more. You don't need to do much, but simple pings can save your teammates. If your enemy Taliyah disappears, ? ping your lane and then Danger ping bot. Even if she doesn't show there, it might save them from dying stupidly. I'm not great at using my mini map still, but I do use it to try and warn my teammates. I can be sitting bot lane and see my top laner about to get ganked and I will ping danger on top of them just in case they didn't notice the jungler coming in. If you can help prevent deaths, you're taking gold away from your enemies and increasing your chances to win.
