Renekton should get a significant buff or change.

currently in the game there is no reason to ever pick renekton, he is straight up worse in every situation in comparison to most other top laners, this is because his heal is gated so his sustain doesn't get crazy, and his dashes are on a long cooldown. he has almost no teamfight presence and his damage isn't high enough to justify anything more than to build two offensive items. his early game is supposed to be his strength, but at this point so many champions do it on the same level or better without trading mid and late game.

I think the best way to buff renekton would be either to focus on upgrading his late game or his early game. either give him better low level bases that scale into what he has now, too pretty much secure in every situation that he has at least a kill or so in every game by mid game, or buff his late by uncapping the heal on his q and making his ult a lot stronger.

Specific other changes That i have thought of include, reducing the cd on his e, reducing the cd on his q, changing the q health restore to something based on his max health, making his ult have relevant damage, getting rid of the ap scaling on his ult and giving it an ad scaling on either the health or damage, making it easier to stack fury quickly, making his w not disable him, increasing his w stun duration, giving his w a lower cd, making it so that is fury can be gained while using an ability that uses fury, giving his ult a lower cd, giving him a slow on one of his abilities, giving really any cc on any of his abilities.

There is a lot that can be done with the croc instead of just straight buffing him or his numbers, but seriously, this guy is really starting to feel under cared for. I don't want to see him every game, I just want to be able to play the guy without feeling like I'm breaking a knee cap in champion select.
