Why Yorick was nerfed on aram?

Can someone explain this? On this patch they buffed dmg and undo buffs so can someone explain why Yorick nerfs havent been undo yet? I mean no one play him on ARAM hes always is perma dodge or reroll . I have been playing aram since butcher bridge and have only seen Yorick 3 times, 1 i was playing him, all 3 went into tank, 2 went Conqueror plus resolve and the other went comet , he only won 1 and on all 3 of them he was a useles W bot who dies before getting close to deal dmg.

Maybe ppl build him ap and max e like or maybe ppl abused old dark harvest to oneshot ppl like they did with so his stats where high and Riot decide to nerf him , i dont know.

Maybe they decide to nerf him since he gets ghouls so much easier on aram but since its aram ghouls will instadie on aoe dmg and even then theres more champions who deserve aram nerf more than him
